Dr. phil. (* 04.01.1927; † 27.07.2008 Ashland, Oregon), US-amerikanischer Pionier der Bewusstseinsforschung (veränderte Bewusstseinszustände, esoterische Psychologie, Sexualpsychologie u.a.), verheiratet mit der Schriftstellerin Jean Houston, mit der er die Foundation of Mind Research in Manhattan, New York, gründete, Forschungs- und Vortragsreisen unternahm sowie mehrere gemeinsame Werke über verschiedene Gebiete der humanistischen Psychologie verfasste.
