Philosoph und Parapsychologe, geb. am 31.10.1929 in Sirohi, Rajasthan/Indien, wurde 1957 Direktor des Seth Sohan Lal Memorial Institute of Parapsychology in Sri Ganganagar; Herausgeber des Indian Journal of Parapsychology und des Directory of Philosophical Studies in India. B. befasste sich vor allem mit der Untersuchung der > Außersinnlichen Wahrnehmung (ASW) bei Kindern und mit der Frage der > Reinkarnation.
